At Akleema's World, I understand that life can be unpredictable, especially for parents and caregivers. This policy is designed to be fair while respecting both your time and mine.

Please review the following information before booking a Parent Support Service.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you may choose to:

• Reschedule your appointment for another available date and time, or
• Request a refund for services that have not yet been provided.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, your payment may be non-refundable.

However, I understand that unexpected emergencies can happen. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments may be rescheduled based on availability.

If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact Akleema's World as soon as reasonably possible.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not contact Akleema's World, this may be considered a missed appointment or no-show.

No-shows may not be eligible for a refund or free rescheduling.

If you cancel an eligible service before the service has been provided, a refund may be available according to the cancellation policy above.

Once a Parent Support Session, Meeting Preparation Service, or other purchased service has been completed, refunds are generally not available.

Payment is for the time, support, and educational assistance provided—not for a specific outcome.

Because every family's situation is different, Akleema's World cannot guarantee school decisions, meeting results, or other specific outcomes.

For services involving document organization, timelines, or other work completed outside of a scheduled session:

• The scope of the work and price will be discussed before work begins.
• Once work has started, refunds may be limited based on the amount of work already completed.
• If Akleema's World is unable to complete an agreed-upon service, the situation will be reviewed to determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.

• Reschedule for another available date and time, or
• Receive a full refund for any service that has not been provided.

Akleema's World is committed to treating every parent and family with kindness and respect.

In return, respectful communication is expected during all interactions.

Akleema's World reserves the right to end a session or discontinue services if communication becomes threatening, abusive, or inappropriate. Refund eligibility in these situations will be considered based on the circumstances and the services already provided.
